2-ANTI WRINKLE
Kitchen:
Banana Wrinkle Fighter Recipe: This recipe is for supple skin as well as maintaining the skin's natural glow. Banana is also wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
All you need: Ripe Banana
Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment. Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy. Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold. Gently pat dry.
EXFOLIATION and MASK For FACE and Body
Kitchen:
Facial Exfoliate Recipe
2 heaped tsp fine oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine ingredients, and add enough water to make a paste. Apply to skin and rub gently. Rinse and gently pat dry.
FOR BODY
Kitchen:
All you need is to cups of plain yogurt, which contains lactic acid to exfoliate and boost collagen production.
DEEP HAIR CONDITIONER
Kitchen:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 cup water
Beat the egg yolk until its frothy, add the oil then beat again. Add the water. Massage into the scalp and throughout your hair. Rinse well.
Mayonnaise is a great conditioner for dry hair. Depending on the length of your hair, apply approximately 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to your dry hair. Work into hair really well and then cover your hair with a plastic bag, allowing to set for about 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual.

2. Orange Body Polish by Mama Nature essentials $8
This works awesome, so great, doesnt burn like some scrubs because its made from sugar, great exfoliation and then moisture.
4. Olivia Garden Healthy Hair Eco-Friendly Bamboo Brush $13-17
I use the EXTRA huge round brush for straightening my hair, it works awesome, it doesnt tangle my long hair, and if i dont want, i dont have to flat iron the ends!
